• Service providers that help us run the site and follow up with you, including website hosting, Vercel, form logs, CRM, email tools, MLS/IDX providers, and analytics providers
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
• Buyers, sellers, or other parties in a transaction when needed to facilitate that transaction or when you ask us to

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

We use cookies, similar technologies, and third-party analytics that can follow activity across pages on this site. Current tools include:
